At Rugged Reefs we will ensure to get your Cooler bag to you as quick as possible, so there are no more adventures with warm stubbies
All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities, and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you
RR offers free shipping on orders $180 and up in Australia. All orders under $180 will be charged shipping based on shipping adress.
Our return policys
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Rugged Reef products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00, providing it is unused and in its original packaging.
INS AND OUTS OF RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Rugged Reefs does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
You can return your item(s) purchased from RuggedReefs.com.au up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00. Rugged Reefs does not accept returns on items purchased outside of RuggedReefs.com.au For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
We do not offer refunds on gift card or 'on sale purchases'
